Yes it is possible as the other people already said to see the past lifetimes (if you have, some people say that it is possible that this is the first lifetime for some people) and some of the future lifetimes (depending on what you do, your future life might change) with mediation for past life regression.
But through this meditation i do not think it is possible to alter the past, perhaps with some other very advanced one might be possible but i have not seen one in ToZ. (even though remember one thing, Zevism and our Father's Satan powers know no limits).
