I have quite the situation. I'll try to keep this as short of a story as possible, but there are many details that need to be known.
Back in june, I had a falling out with my neighbor. My 4 year old is REALLY curious and like most little boys follows his curiosities. My son was playing at my other neighbor's house (With permission) which actually borders this man's driveway. He was sitting on the grass next to (Not on or even in arm's reach of) his car. He was in the grass playing by THEIR tree, not even on this man's property. He came out of his house and yelled at him like he was a stray dog. I told him I would handle it and that I did not approve of his tone with my son. A day or two later, I was outside with my son on the patio (My patio is across a shared right of way from this man's house) barbecuing dinner. I saw my son bolt across the dirt right of way towards a toy he had left at the other neighbor's home days before next to that tree. I went after him and before I could even call to the boy, this Ass hat of a jlowjob gone wrong is yelling at him and swearing at him saying "Get the fuck away from my goddamned car!". And then proceeded to tell me I needed to beat the lesson into him. I told him I had it under control and he never touched his car. Then I put my son in the house and finished cooking. A while later (Interrupting Dinner) the shit head had the balls to come o\ver and lecture me about corporal punishment and keeping a short leash on my son. I told him to leave and not bother us again and that I would keep my son in the back yard away from him and his property. He continued to badger me, wanting to talk about a computer part he gave me 1/2 the money for, I said "here take it, it's yours. Just go away". He continued to harp on the car incident (I could smell the liquor on his breath) from 2 days or so before like it had just happened. I told him it was handled and to just leave and not bother me again. Then he threatened to call the cops on my boy "Next Time". Yeah, I lost my temper, big time. I told him to take his sorry bitch ass off my property and when he didn't I said fine, I'll count to three and you'd better have those glasses off (Hoping it would scare him enough to walk away) he put his arms up and grabbed my arm saying "Go ahead, but you'll only get one fuckin shot. My Wife Got between us which stopped the escalation and he finally left when she told my daughter to call the cops.
fast forward to yesterday.
My son was playing out front with his sister and a neighbor boy. My landlord's maintenance manager came over and told me that the boys were throwing rocks and she had sent the neighbor boy home. I called my kids in and sent them to their room until mom got home. I apologized to her and made sure there was no damage. Later that night, I had my oldest daughter babysit my younger kids for a while (A whole 3 hours!!) so that I could go with my wife to the grocery store. This morning, my wife txt's me that CPS visited with a complaint about my son throwing rocks at cars (Bullshit) and my kids being left alone for "Extended periods of time" with a girl too young. My oldest is a very mature 14 year old, and I was gone grocery shopping at a store that was in walking distance (Literally can see it from my window). Anyways, apparently my daughter was too young to watch her sisters and brother, and I was gone 1/2 the night. I KNOW it was this neighbor because my other neighbors all work nights.
I am willing to take allot of shit from people to avoid going to jail, but screwing with my family? I draw the line there. I don't want to retaliate with CPS, that's stooping to his level. I don't want to have a confrontation because I'll end up in jail and him in the hospital. I've considered cursing him, but I'm not sure of the best method. I want Justice on his ass, so I thought Baal Zebul would be a good choice, but I'm not sure. My rage is slowly raising to hatred so I want to act fast while I am still charged with this energy.
