You do not age when you are qrowing. Even humans have gene for aging that start manifesting when person reach 25 years.When i saw Satan he was like in his 25 by face look, but his skin was like in three old child soft and regenerated.

And his hair was silki too.

I think tha we humans start aging with 25. But even in our later child years we loose silki hair and soft skin because we do not have so much active cell's in our body for regenaration. So yes, we are not aging when we growing but our body tries to not spend all his cell's for regeneration to countinue having soft skin and silk hair even when we are still in growing fase.
