So does this apply to the other mudras, such as for the throat chakra, and
the sacral chakra? Having the right index finger on top for men, and the
left one on top for females? I would understand how HP Maxine agrees with
the illustrations as she is a female and has the left index on top.
I've tried the other finger on top myself and it feels more situated for me
(being a male). But if someone wants give me their respectful input I'd
appreciate it.
