I do. Bottled water too has some flouride in it,most of them have but how about aquafina? I might be overthinking over it.. I felt nothing on the 4th day. Will try vibrating the rune in sixth chakra too. Thanks for the advice.

Guys, I've been drinking distilled water for the past year. Try it. 
Hey Light, even bottled water has high amounts of fluoride and it doesn't take long to effect your pineal.Do some decalcifying and detoxifying
