The stances personally i find them on YouTube, there are on Jos Site too at least their names but i found them a bit advances for a beginner.
Yeah, usually from my experience it is usually better to do the yoga in the beginning but it is sure not a must.
Now if you must do yoga, no partially you don't, BUT the real point is for your body to have as much flexibility as possible ( why i say that is cause you should not have any energy really trapped, if you cannot really do yoga cause of your time you should try just any possible stretching through the day so that your body takes at least some of the flexibility it needs )
