The easiest and simplest way to talk to Satan is... to just talk to Him. Just like you would do with a friend or something, you can just talk to Him in your mind, or you could even do a ritual to write a prayer with the things you wish to tell Him or thank Him for.
As for becoming a strong and powerful Satanist, just start meditating.
