calendar based on this square with proper times to execute the mantra
and how many repetitions per session.

Visualizations are much better than affirmations, the reason is that they are direct while affirmations are indirect. Affirmations work because the words you say evoke mental images. Usually affirmations work for 2 reasons: 1)They recall mental images or sounds or feelings associated with words and 2)They replace your internal dialogue. I mean if you're all the time like "oh I'm worthless" "I'm depressed" e.t.c. you're making negative affirmations and evoking negative mental images, and it helps if you replace them with positive ones. The images the affirmations recall are weaker than those you can make with visualization.

It's been said that telepathic communication, all communication in higher dimensions is non-verbal, non-digital. Words mean nothing other than the things they represent. That's why visualizations, if you can make them clear enough are a lot better.

And the good thing is you don't have to worry what to say. You only have to imagine what you want to be.

I found it helps if you write in a piece of paper the description of the mental image you want to create, make the description as detailed as possible, read it 10+ times and then close your eyes, relax, and you'll automatically create that image without any effort (reading the description helps create that image).

When I say visualization or mental images I don't really mean only the visual part. It should have sounds, sensations, everything detailed to feel like you're experiencing this in real life. It doesn't have to be a picture, it's better to make it a video and stronger if you make it from the first person's view, again like you're experiencing real life. The more realistic you can make it the better.
