While I was doing the 40 day meditattion program, at some point, I accidentally messed up the direction of the solar plexus. I didn't even noticed, except, sometimes when I made the chakra spinning, I felt a wird tingling in my spine at the level of the solar plexus. At the time, I thought that was someting good, as I finally was able to feel something. But after a couple of times, I just re-checked the instructions, and I realised I imagined it pointed upwards, when it should have been facing downwards.
I was kinda depressed, and I neglected meditations after I finished the program. I did meditate sometimes, but not every day. Now I try to get back on track.
Sometimes I feel the same kind of tingling in my spine, somewhere around the level of my heart chakra. But I haven't really done anything bad. Now I do things with the correct directions. I was even thinking of simple everyday solution like bad body positure, but the previous case was so direct, and even dissapeared after I started meditate with the correct direction.
What am I doing wrong? Or is it something good now? Am I missing some points?
