Raising energy for Sun Square

Vibrating is raising energy. Those steps are for doing magick, not about raising your own energy. Doing the vibrations of the sun square is raising the energy, doing the affirmation is programming it, and after you do the affirmation you should focus on your goal, which is the directing part.

If you want to add more power, then raise your own energy, such as doing chakra work, breathing exercise, or yoga or qigong before hand :)

While doing a Sun Square I clean my Aura and try and trance out but I go straight into vibrating and then affirming

I'm not sure if I'm raising any energy before hand? I think the vibrating is the programming part?
