Raising energies for Reverse Torah Rituals?

Hello brothers and sisters, I must know how to properly raise my energies in order to perform RTRS properly so I can help do some damage against the kike scum ruining our world. Now maybe I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed as they say but I don't quite understand what it means by breathing into the chakras. Can someone give me a detailed explanation of raising energies?
