Race seperation and demon husbands and wifes ?

Satan wants every race to evolve on its own , right ? individually and sperate. 
isnt having a demoness lover (succubi/incubi) considered race mixing ? what about demigods like Asmodeus ? he had a human mother/father (idk) ? could you please elaborate.
