Quija Board

Hello my friend and I have been using the Quija Board lately, only a couple of times. But I don't really know who were talking with, and sometimes we think it lies. Is there something we should say before or while were using the board? I really would like to speak with Sitri or any reliable and trustworthy source, and i have a feeling were not..
Last time we used it, I asked it if there was anything else i could do to improve my guitar skills and it replied with give me your soul!

Quija Boards can be very innacurate for those who aren't adept at using them.
What you can do to insure you get the Gods and those who Satan sends to us is a few things;

Consecrate the Quija Board, this can be found on the JoS (I can't remember if there is one specifically for the Quija Board, but you can always alter the working to it).

Do a proper summoning ritual, in which you ask Satan to send the sepcified God to you for help and guidance.

Do a banishing ritual and cleanse the area both before and after. And have a strong protective aura around the room you're doing the summoning in.

To get better at guitar, you should practice as much as you can. What I did to get better at drums was just pick a song I liked and learnt it till I could play it perfectly. You could try this with guitar. Pick a harder song each time.
