Quick question about Kundalini Yoga

There are certain yoga exercises that requires you to sing Har Singh Nar Singh by Nirinjan Kaur and others, is that really necessary? and i cant find that cd anywhere. Hail Satan

I don't do those. In the dvd's by Ana Brett & Ravi Singh, which I love by the way, I skip the mantras. And at the end, I keep relaxing on my yoga mat and do the SaTaNaMa mantra.

And mantras aren't even supposed to be sung, they're supposed to be vibrated.
