Questions for our astrologers: Saturn/Pluto, black magic, and capricorn ascendant

So I don't want to sound like a savage, but theres a bit of a hated enemy of mine that has the current Saturn/Pluto retrograde conjunction in their natal first house right now. How exactly would this effect them? Is this a good time to do black magic/revenge workings on them?
Since the said person is a Capricorn ascendant and Saturn is their chart ruler, would the retrograde Saturn still effect them in a negative way like anyone else?
Ive always wondered about Capricorn ascendants and if Saturn transits and retrogrades effect them in a different way.

If you know their full chart, just look at all their aspects that are square, opposite, inconjunct, or sesquiquadrate. Basically all the things that indicate some kind of internal conflict or incompatibility. Then check the planet that is behind these incompatibilities, for example if their Sun was square Neptune, which can indicate a dilution of energies, as well as personal deception, then you can use black magick pertaining to Neptune to intensify these effects on them in a negative way.
Black magick is much more effective and deadly if it is directed at the weak point(s) of the target. This is why it can be so dangerous for us SS to give out any personal information on here, especially things related to our date of birth.

Now to actually answer your question.
I do not know for sure if the Saturn & Pluto retrograde holds much significance in this case, but it would make sense to me.
Personally I have noticed that, whenever my chart ruler is retrograde, there are usually a few complications that arise randomly in the areas that it governs. So in my eyes it would make sense that a person is more vulnerable while their chart ruler is retrograde. Though again, I do not have any "proof" on this.

Perhaps some members who are more well-versed in astrology than me will be able to provide you more definitive knowledge.
