I have a question why is void meditation called Zevist Void what is the Zevist void?

Also foundation meditation and energy meditation what's the difference and what one we should do the most also do we breathe certain way to absorb energy

Zevist Void meditation is when one focuses on a Void.

It is called Zevist because it is essential meditation in Zevism and one of most powerful meditations.

Energy meditation is when one inhale energy into whole being and then exhale it into the aura, for strengthening aura, programming it or cleaning and etc.
