For your first question: you must vibrate the mantra for 108 times everyday. One session=108 times. No more. I mean, don't do it in the morning and then again in the afternoon. It's a working and I haven't heard before of workings that are done twice a day. :OSo, 108 times a day for 40 days. (and at the end of the 108 repetitions you state the affirmation until you're satisfied xD)
For your second question: you just do this at the hours and days that are written; not everyday or for 40 days.
You can also do magickal squares for money. Sun and Jupiter are best (and Venus as well).
