For the past few weeks, I've been periodically trying to astral project, but nothing happened. I mean, I stayed in my body the entire time no matter how relaxed I was. What I really need to know is if I need to do the Mer Ka Ba meditation in order to have better luck astral projecting. All help appreciated in advance!
