Its strange. I tried meditating on a lower level of two hours a day. I got all out of whack. I went back to meditating four hours and up and now I feel like myself again. My understanding of things I had is back, everything.

I wonder wny this is. Vovim said you only had to meditate one to two hours a day. Does anyone know why it might be differnt with me? Ofcourse I am in the initial rising stage, which might be part of it. Even before that though it was like this.

I was just wondering if anyone else goes through this. I mean its fine I like doing more. Is this bad though?

Hope to hear your thoughts. Thanks. :)

*sigh* I wrote a long reply to this, and then it didn't send. Now I cannot remember what I wrote, but I'll try.

What do you mean by 'meditating on a lower level'? When we meditate, we raise our vibration to a higher level, this is part of empowering ourselves, rising to a higher level, a higher vibration. We achieve this higher vibration through consistant meditations.

Now you could be meaning 'lower level' as in, doing 2 hours instead of four. In which case, your body would be accustomed to spending 4 hours raising energy. So naturally when you only spend 2 hours doing this (as opposed to 4) you are only raising half the energy your body is used to taking in.
What I would recomend is increasing the amount of energy/level of meditation you do in the two hours. To raise the same amount of energy. You should be trying to raise double the amount of normal, in half the time. This would equate to four hours work.

But in saying that, also comes in the age old saying; "why re-invent the wheel" (or however it goes haha). If 4 hours is working for you, and you're not having trouble managing your time around that, then keep it up. If you're happy with how things are going atm, then why change it?

Hail Satan! Praise the True Gods of Old!
