Question on creation

Hi everyone, im inexperienced and seeking knowledge i couldn't find on our main site. Can original life be made by humans or gods? I know satan created humans but did he create any other life forms? Say for instance you wanted to make werewolves in real life, is that possible with the knowledge humans or gods possess? I want more animal species in our world, but am afraid human scientists might create abominations with ugly souls and could cause disaster.
