I know you are not supposed to do workings (spells) during void of moon courses, but does that apply also to self-empowerment exercises like yoga, meditations and opening chakras?

Youre not supposed to start a working during a void moon but if you started a working before the moon was void then you can do the working as long as you dont skip a day.
