Tomorrow is the last day of the third month, and I'll officially begin the fourth month of my meditation program. I'd like to know if some of the symptoms I'm experiencing during this intense period are normal:
____
Meditation (whatever is written in the program for each day) + Hatha yoga + Kundalini yoga + Breathing exercises + Aura protection + Aura cleansing.
____
I always do these types of exercises every day, in combination with the 6-month meditation program that I'm almost finishing (I've been dedicated for a long time; I even finished the 40-day program a long time ago, and since then I've never stopped meditating consistently without overdoing it).
Here are some symptoms I often experience:
- Sometimes blurred vision, sometimes I see strange things like clouds, or maybe in specific parts of the room, if I concentrate hard enough, I see distortions as if I were watching a TV that wasn't tuned in. It's not easy to explain.
- Flickering vision (hopefully the translator translates correctly). Sometimes, when I'm relaxed enough, I see the world as if I were looking through a CRT monitor connected to a VGA cable, which typically flickers when it's affected by interference.
- Clear vision of a halo, this time no more than a millimeter, but extending up to 1 centimeter from objects, people, or animals, and I can see it much more clearly even without much concentration.
- Constant, monotonous ringing in my ears, especially in the absence of other sources of noise or especially at night.
- Small shivers down my spine and sometimes very small, mild heat flashes.
- Decreased anxiety.
- Much better intuition, and sometimes it's scary (for example, I was creating an Android app and was able to predict unknown bugs before even compiling the project).
- Improved reflexes or anomalous predictions. Let me explain. It happened to me when I was driving that an idiot cut me off. I stopped long before and couldn't even explain why.
And now a rather important symptom, because it's new:
Lately, for a couple of days now, I've been feeling a strange pressure along the center of my forehead. I usually feel it when I'm concentrating, but now I feel it more and more often, and very intensely, even when I'm not concentrating. I'd like to know if this is normal.
