Question about MER KA BA Med.

Greetings SS Family,
I have been doing the MER KA BA Meditation for a couple of days now.When I am in post meditation,I feel my body shacking and vibrating considerably.Is that the bioelecticity adapting itself to me.Can anyone answer this who has had some experience with this meditation. Never felt anything like it before.Just wondering being new to the true power and all.

Brian, this is normal the body is trying to ajust to higher levels its raising bio instead of just doing nothing. Some do meditation where they dont even know what the hell no pun, they are doing. anyway well for example when i first started in 2006 the bed felt like it was shaking under me. so i understand w2hat u mean, it's an odd feeling....

This is, indeed, a response to the higher energy levels you are exposing yourself to. When you are doing Mer Ka Ba right, you will feel this slight tugging, or pulsing feeling, especially around your sacral chakra(where the disc comes out). When you have done Mer Ka Ba enough, your disc and spinning energy fields will become fairly permanent. After that, all you have to do is tune into the fields or the disc, and you will start to feel this pulse. After doing the meditation for 42 days straight, no days missed, my field started to stabilize and become permanent. All I have to do is focus and I will feel the pulse. Now, I don't run through the entire mer ka ba meditation anymore, I just spin the fields/disc every day as part of my meditation routine, and I program my aura/affirmations off of the mer ka ba disc(Thanks HP Baghie )
