Question about "karma"

I have read in another post here how karma will give you a real beatdown and keep beating you down until you learn how to "deal with it" properly. This is when using a Satanic rosary and also , I presume, Generally when trying to meditate or preform extensive magical workings. so...I went looking through the JOS website for guidance on how to more effectively "deal" with karma from past/ present lives. Maybe I'm not a careful reader but I couldn't find much. I am seeking some knowledge on this subject and wondered if any brothers or sisters out there could point me in the correct direction. If I try to meditate, my asthma attacks me immediately, or my xtian wife wakes up and interrupts me. Much to my dismay NOT for romantic reasons either. Then there's my ex convict neighbors who try to be as loud as possible when they are awake. Is this Karma? Maybe I'm just whineing too much about life. Hope I hear back.
