Hey brother! I use oils I am a dedicated Zevism but, I use oil that wiccans use. I just rub it on my hands but, I have to get in a deep trance to notice the effects.

There is a section on ToZ site about herbs which is good to read. Also, be aware that herbs on their own have little power so just advance yourtself and when you are ready to use the leements then they will have their true potential.
