Question about chakra meditation

Hello brothers and sisters

Can I close my chakras and also spin them. Like can I do the EZ chakra spin and then like 5 min later close all my chakras? Would this harm my chakras in any way? Well thanks for your time!

It won't harm them, but you won't get the energy that spinning chakras will bring in. I would suggest spinning chakras in the morning, and then close them if you're around xians or before going to bed for practice. Closing chakras also helps with void meditation, I keep forgetting that. Or you could close them, do void and other meditations, and then spin them after.
