Question #857: How do I keep my mind still and calm as a Sun in Gemini?

I have made a few mistakes in the past and have gotten quite a few curses from the enemy. At times I think back to it and sometimes my mind even tries to get me to think of just negative energy just for the sake of it.

I have gotten further and have gotten a lot of it out and my doubts are just about gone.

Although, is there a way or any form of meditation I can do to keep my mind still and in the present?

I don't want to keep on attracting that same kind of energy that I've worked for quite a while to get rid of.
