Good day everyone,
First of all I want to thank you for reading this and probably try to help me with this issue. I have a question about the warfare program. I'm on month 5 (been a Satanist now since august last year but that isn't important) day two. I'm stuck at "Meditation on the Spirit". It says I need to go to a trance state and find my spirit. Thats not what I find difficult here. What I have trouble with is this: "Meditate on each aspect of the above mentioned elements in correspondence to the parts of your spirit" I don't understand that at all. Now it says that Fire rules the will of your spirit, intellect and memory of Air, feelings of Water and conciousneas of Earth. How am I supposed to connect my spirit to those? Like, where is it located? I'm confused because logically they're all connected to your brain but where? If someone can help me on this it would be great. I've come so far and I don't want to skip this meditation.
Thank you in advance,
Yours Sincerely,BlackRoseOfPurity#ygrps-yiv-1425847642 #ygrps-yiv-1425847642edo-signature img {max-width:90%;}

There are two sides to the mind. There is the logical, left side of the brain. This is the conscious part of the mind that most people are used to using. Then there is the creative, right side of the brain. This is the unconscious, "god" portion of your mind that is responsible for psychic power. Meditation trains you to use the unconscious "god" portion of your mind that is dormant in most people. There is not a specific, physical place to meditate on to meditate on your spirit. Your will, consciousness, and other aspects of your spirit are parts of your "self." They are not all shoved in different parts of your brain. Meditation is difficult to describe. It is like describing color to a blind person. It is something you have to experience. During meditation, you "feel" things with your mind. It is like when someone creepy walks by you and your hair stands on end. You "feel" the creepiness of the person. This is similar to how you "feel" the different aspects of your soul.

Meditation is like a muscle; the more you use it, the stronger it gets. Keep practicing and meditation will get easier with time. You can add other meditations into your routine on top of the 6 month spiritual warfare training program. You can add extra visualization exercises, chakra work, or anything else you want. The warning to not do other meditations there is for new people who may open their souls up too fast, overstimulate themselves, and hurt themselves as a result. If you are not getting overstimulated by the meditations, overstimulation is painful, you can add other meditations.

Thank you for typing all this but you didn't answer my question. You just made a story around it. I am not a new Satanist. I just have a problem with one meditation thats all. And about the left and right brain, I use both. I have been tested as a child (IQ too) and they concluded that I have a perfect balance of both. I make logical and creative decisions etc. None of them are a little bit dominant than the other. But like I said this information doesn't answer my question. I just want to know how I meditate the elements into my spirit. Month 5, day 2 "Meditate on the Spirit". I have a question about "2. Meditate on each...". #ygrps-yiv-1765844858 #ygrps-yiv-1765844858edo-signature img {max-width:90%;}

@yvonne. Ref Meditating on the spirit
I'm going to try to answer your question as best as I can. Please bear with me and read the whole thing before you dismiss or refute. Don't be offended if I get too basic, just go with it.
The spirit is your astral body. [ http://web.archive.org/web/201509182013 ... ation.html ]
Some people are not aware of the existence of it, and if they do know they're not quite sure of the aspects of the astral body. They don't understand about the power within one's astral and ethereal body.
To help with this meditation exercise, think about/meditate on the elements. Only the elements for a minute. [

Now consider/meditate on only each of the aspects of will power, intellect, memory, emotions, feeling, and consciousness. Google the meanings if you need to.
Now relate/meditate to connect each element with the aspects. Fire to will. Air to intellect and memory. Water to emotions and feelings. Earth to consciousness.
The rest you'll have to discover for yourself. Hope this helps.
