How do you make the D vibration sound for the Mercury mantra? I have seen people say that its like a Z sound before but I have also seen people say its a hard TH sound like in "The" Which one is it?

Place your tongue behind your top, front teeth. It is where your tongue normally hits when you make hard D sound, like with 'Duck'. However, when you vibrate, the tongue placement/movement becomes similar to when making a T-based sound.

Unlike if the mantra had a T in it, the Z should be less prominent, but it might still sound a little present, just by the closeness of the D and T noises.

Practice makes perfect. Focus on the fact that you are generating Mercurial energies and this will compensate for minor imperfections with the mantra.
