I think the gods have changed the way they send me signals. Before, I asked for certain things like "a butterfly" things like that. Nowadays, I try that and I don't receive it anymore. My senses are opening up. They are far from being at least 1% but it is something...I sound like a radio, if I'm at a lower vibration level, I pick up anything, so there are several voices talking, sometimes I know they're the gods, sometimes it's hard to know. I think that in a way they are forcing me to develop and know that I can do better than receiving images like before, I would ask and appear. I am working on the senses of hearing and sight. But sometimes it gets so complicated..

The meditations I've done are the ones on the JoS. I just kept at it, working on chakras, the Veil of Isis mantra (EE-Zevism-EE-Zevism) HPS Pythia wrote in the yahoo groups, INANNA, trance. But make sure to never fry yourself, you can go in cycles and not constantly. I took time off from empowerment meditations and my senses developed further from focusing more on cleaning.
Don't push yourself too hard, but be consistent, at least in cycles. Like 90 days of a mantra to open psychic senses, then some time off, then do it again. That's how I did it.
Another thing I feel was useful, is working with colors. Breathing the colors into each chakra, seeing the colors. This gives practice with astral sight.
