No. This isn't how that works.

When you develop a relationship with a succubus or incubus. There is no "marriage" as people are not on the level of spiritual development to properly understand and do this even if this were to be arranged, which it won't be.

So as of now, no. Humans in our current state cannot just get into arranged marriages with demons.
