if you look the site thoth goes to 3rd eye apart that he is egytian god of moon wisdom and knowledge. These 3 are tied to 3rd eye ajna in classic hindu text.
Crown is tied for us to jupiter zeus amon. Sure that new age has tendency to put jupiter leader of wisdom at 3rd eye. But it is probably an error in part
. Many hindu gods has specific ones according to planets. A general concept work with everything but there is different names corresponding to differenty type of wisdom, abundance. Goddess of abundance laksmi has different names for each planet or if you prefer chakras. Zeus also have different names accorsing to forumbut
Think abundance of strength (mars) abundance of love (venus), etc.
Remember corruption comes often to misinterpretation. Eg calling nabi/ navel the 3rdchakra do not mean necessary that his emplacement is the navel but that is function is center of prana flow up and down.
