Where do you get the idea that men have the "right" to have multiple wives lol? Last I checked the human rights, there was nothing like that in there, nor has it been the case historically if memory serves well. And yeah *insert Henu's answer here*.

Yeah, one of my grandmothers had 17 siblings from the same parents. Unfortunately, 13 died, but still my great-grandmother was able to have way more than 4 children.

I don't think this is good for men or for women. There could possibly be an extremely small percentage of people who actually would benefit from living a life like that, but the extreme majority of people who choose to live like that are not really meant to be doing that and do not have good results.
Something like this was done in Germany after WWI, only because such an extreme percentage of the population was killed in the war, so they were desperate to have as many children as possible within one generation to repair their population size. And the way to physically create the largest number of children as quickly as possible is for one man to impregnate multiple women. In most cases, this was harmful emotionally or psychologically for most people involved because most people are naturally meant to be monogamous. But this was done for desperare reasons.

It's not about what the Gods accept. Whatever arrangement between adults is what it is as Henu said. However, the Synastry between two people is complicated enough. Between three? And two are men who are more detached and competitive by nature?
It's possible but not really common at all. And to be honest, I think if this is 'possible', it would have to be some sort of truly triangular thing. The only other cases I've seen are women marrying male twins which is... weird...
