What Runes would be best to help someone who cant Visualize or hold images in their heads very well?

there is actually a formal jos practice for it.
you can visualize satan's sigil and hold it in your mind for as long as you can. It strengthens your will when preforming magic and with void meditation you can become a master.

You get better at things by doing things. In this case, by visualizing. Raising energy does not directly help with this.
