We all know that after we die we reincarnate, but what about Satan's enemies, xians? do they reincarnate too?

These are not Satan's enemies. These are Satan's children who unfortunately have been tricked and confused. Satan does not hate his children. They are also protected and reincarnated, unless they refuse to agree to reincarnate and instead decide to stay there as a ghost.

The xian "saints" are awarded this title because they managed to completely rid their soul of bioelectricity, basically killing their own soul and their entire existence forever. Most people respect monks and saints more than they do teachers and construction workers, who are the maintainers of civilisation.

Many Islamic imams and some elderly Christian priests also reach this state of total decadence, they literally feel as if they were empty shells, obviously someone with such a damaged soul will never reincarnate again.
