Question #4739: Dealing with the Energies of Saturn

Hello everyone,

I hope this inquire finds you all well. I was hoping that someone might be able to help me figure out how to deal with the energies of Saturn that have been afflicting me.

I wont speak of it's placement but the main problems that I have revolve around self-destructive tendencies.
Because whenever my life feels like it's going somewhere, something happens and then it all kinda falls apart. As a result, I'm stuck in a job that I hate and not making enough money to support myself or even pay off debts that I have.

Most of these troubles fall back on this self-destructive loop I find myself in... And admittedly, I'm struggling to break it.

I was debating on doing a Magic Square meditation with Saturn, but I'm hesitant to do so giving it's malefic properties. I don't want to accidentally make everything worse.
So, I seek the wisdom and input of my peers: How do you deal with the malefic energies of Saturn and break these self-destructive loops?
