Question #4633: about orgasm and sexual energy: is this normal?

asking in here because i'm too embarrassed to ask in my main ;;

so i recently found out that my high sex drive would come to a positive halt once i direct this sexual energy to clean one of the selected chakras i picked. the need to continue orgasming is gone and i feel satisfied enough to stop.

is this normal? is that why it's important to direct that energy to your chakras after climaxing? i've been dedicated for quite a while and came across that section of the JoS, but j didn't expect that to be the simple answer, absolutely did it not say it can stop one from wanting multiple climaxes at all or anything ;;
