I was lying in bed trying my hardest not to fall asleep in a slight trance state. And in my mind said "I am free from the influence of demon's" and had my astral hand/arm stretched out and was subsequently filled inside with a burst of energy (mostly red). i eas asking their help on something earlier.

when i said this i meant the bad demons such as the enemy greys/aliend and their torah curses, but i didnt specify. did i accidentally get rid of my GD or his protection spells on me or something?

They're not Demons, they're angels and extraterrestrials. All Demons are good.
