i dont understand the base chakra visualisation description . it doesn't make sense to me
is it necessary or can i visualise it normally like the other chakras?

The base chakra is located below the hips and in the groin region. I understand what you mean, as when I was new, I had some confusion about chakra locations due to the various diagrams there are.
It takes practice and visualization, but you will start to get a feel for it and soon it will become easier. Although this takes time, as Netem mentions.
