how come the ancient civilisations kept losing to poos when our God's are way stronger? Lemuria, Roman, Egyptian, etc.

Mistakes were made, and it's up to the descendants to be better and stronger versions, and to build even greater civilisations than before.

They didn't really lose, their names and achievements are still with us today.
