1.if an item is already blessed by another pagan an I bless it with satanic blessings will it interfere with each other

2.if they do counter each other what should I do can I ask Satan to take back the blessing an ask him

Be very careful with something that is "blessed" by somebody else. These people do not know the truth, they are not working with the gods, and they do not know how to bless something. Who knows what they are connecting with, or putting on there. There could be curses, ghosts, jewish thought form curses. There's a lot of bad things that could be put onto there. Or it may be nothing on there, and not connected with anything bad, but just not having anything on it because the person had no magical ability.

Ask the gods to help you. Ask them to help you bless this thing, and if there is anything bad on there, for those to be removed.
