i hve random alopecia areata all of a sudden. i heen havin steady hair loss for 2-3 years now prob bcos i masturbats to much lool. luckily i have very thick hair. like 3x what is normal. i lost 60% of it but still looks normal. however i have a random patch tat dissapeared overnight. behind the crown in back of my head. what is this? how can i fix it? it's not normal hair loss. it's some crazy immune response shit. i stopped masturbating first time ever for a week++ and the hair loss stopped, but now i need the patch to regrow? and the rest of my thick hair if possible. wwhat shud i do? This could very well be stress related, Masturbation especially when done while watching porn can cause a stress like state. Poor vascular health is another thing that can be a root cause, exercise is highly recommended. Nature is Very healing so i would recommend spending more time in nature, in the sun, getting skin to earth contact etc.

When it comes to masturbating try to limit yourself to a maximum of once a day to once every odd day. Preferably without watching porn, this can be hard to change so you will have to find out how to get yourself to change the things that you want to be changing.
