It's my feeling that when reincarnation is concerned it's a hopefully advancing soul into the body required for the next advancement.
It's size and shape are basically meaningless unless it's related to the ability of advancement.
Weather you find my words "telling" or "positive" or otherwise would be for you to decide, as well as weather or not you've misunderstood.

Building a powerful body boosts Mars energies for yourself, so I think the natal chart of your next life could be richer in Mars energies, or you will have a stronger Mars (Sun also), due to the shift/change you trigger in this life.
As Pluto rules permanent changes, my opinion is carving this will in your soul while Pluto is aspecting your Mars, would build a basis for next life too.
This is my feeling only, how I perceive things may work.
