It depends on what type of healing you want to do. Runes that have healing properties are: FEHU, URUZ, THURISAZ, WUNJO, SOWILO (more to strengthen health in general), BERKANO, and even LAGUZ to an extent (it can calm down inflammation).
You can combine them to create specific curative magic.

Personally, I think Uruz is one of the best for healing, but each rune does something unique and it is best to judge based on what you are trying to solve. Schwaze Sonne did a good job of laying out many options.

You can also use planetary mantras and squares.

Also, are you trying to heal something quickly, or trying to just increase general health?
