I rarely do chakra meditations, maybe i will start but i noticed that rune meditation is much more effective and i interpret kundalini as just energy the testicle or ovaries make constantly. Maybe it has deeper meaning but i noticed the goal is to feel the bio electricity daily and to keep increasing the rep. and quality gradually
i undertand the runes as opening chakra
Is it correct to use the runes over chakra meditation??
if it is which runes can be used for chakra meditation??
I know so far Redtza is for the base chakra Daats for sacral Laats for third eye i am missing 6th chakra (which maybe mannaz) throat chakra and heart and solar chakra.
