Hello!!!

I have a very hard time doing kundalini yoga because I have big breasts, I can't do it because I had a small injury last time. My breath gets stuck.

I also don't know if I have done 108, is there an easy way to do it?

Halve your reps to 55/18.
Do the reps slower, visualise the number of reps next to you raising after every rep. Or just see it in a black space.
