Question #3857: Struggling with Base Chakra visualisation

The description is very confusing in the 2nd part with the fire and "silver coin". Am i supposed to visualise both simultaenously, or does it change into that. Is it always a pea-shape, surrounded by a tornado etc.

Can someone write it very clearly or provide a visual

The silver coin is only given for reference to the size of the chakra, do not worry about that if you have never seen or held one before. Simply imagine a "vortex" or "tornado" of red energy at your perineum. The chakras are in the shape of a pyramid, but when they spin really fast it is perceived as a cone of energy.
