Very bad. You can clean your sacral chakra as Sonne mentioned. I'd honestly not attempt cleaning others, doing spells on others is harder than dealing with energy yourself for your own benefit and advancement.

And if I am being honest, if this person has had sexual intercourse with other races and is basically "degenerate", I would not even consider cleaning them. Just avoid them.

Yes, they can "cleaned" and restored to a healthy level. However, that's not your job to do, it's their. What do they have to offer to the relationship that warrants such level of effort in rectifying their soul? Be wary of who you associate with. Some people connect with other just because it's somehow pleasant to be with them and they get along on a surface level. However, deeper levels are a priority for things like a romantic relationship and a friendship.

If you just need sex, then you can surely choose someone who's cleaner. In general, people who have a lot of sexual partner across a short period of time are undesirable. Engaging in that type of behaviour shows being unable to control basic animal urges and results in socio-psychological confusion from being exposed to so many energies at such an intimate level without cleaning themselves. Someone immature and confused like will not be able to satisfy the needs of upstanding person, SS or not.
