is there a rune working to stop my obssesion over a person?

If you want quick results, start using ISA. This will put a stop to the impulse.

I was originally going to recommend the detaching working found in the advanced section of the JOS meditation, but that's no even necessary if you are the only one obsessed.

There are other options but ultimately you just need to let go. Now, if this is someone you have been in a romantic relationship with and a long term partner, than you may need to do the above. However, if this is a stranger, co-worker, or friend, then sometimes the answer doesn't require some elaborate JOS reply. Just let go.
