If a white soul becomes too damaged, does that mean he can't be in a white body anymore and even be FORCED into a subhuman body?

Depends on what kind of damage we are talking about. A degenerated soul can incarnate as an invalid, or otherwise diseased person, for example.

No, most likely he/she won't be able to incarnate at all. It takes energy, and if one never meditates and ties himself to enemy programs reincarnation is not a guarantee at all, especially for younger souls.

If you mean subhuman as in a different race, then no. Still the same race, but the soul might reflect on the physical body with congenital disorders, as Henu said.
